Manassas, VA – January 4, 2020 – Zip Zap IT Solutions LLC (Zip Zap IT) is proud to be part of the U.S House of Representatives Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide support for Software Application Development and Technical Assistance (SADTA). This contract supports Software Application Development and Technical Assistance (SADTA) activities in the Legislative Computer System (LCS) of the Office of the Clerk at the U.S. House of Representatives. Provides information technology and engineering services to LCS in the areas of information gathering and analysis, strategic planning for technology programs/activities, concept development and requirements analysis, configuration management, system design, engineering, reengineering, integration, test and evaluation, independent verification and validation, operations management, technical management consulting, technical assessment, research of emerging technologies, and administrative support. The effort requires experienced responsive, flexible, high-level technology, program/project management, and systems engineering support to the government program management office.
